Music plays an important role in Bernard de Coens dayly life.

He listens to music at work (Klara) and likes most celtic, new age and reggae music. Recently he has discovered the obsessive beauty of monotonic contemporanean music (Ph. Glass, A. Pärt, W. Mertens).

He plays a little guitar and has written about seven or eight unpublished songs.
